when travel inspires
I took this photo in autumn of 2016 outside of Kashgar, China at a weekly livestock trading market. I can still vividly remember
the sights, sounds, and smells. Perhaps difficult to imagine, I find some of my greatest design inspiration at the strangest moments
in my travels abroad.
I found my calling in Graphic Design in my sophomore year in college, and got my first part-time job as an assistant designer
at a cosmetics company. There i knew this is what i wanted to do. After finishing school with a GD major, it's pretty much been a non-stop, amazing journey of design, further learning and development. Over the years, I've worked on projects in varied industries, including cosmetics, pharmaceutical, publishing, travel, and automotive. I continue to truly enjoy the process and challenge of communicating my client's intended concepts into a visual format and am always seeking to raise the bar to the next level.
In my free time when I'm not working, I enjoy movies, traveling (obviously!), reading, hiking, and my new-found passion, skiing!
